KEYNOTE
SPEAKER
Anna Wrzesień PhD in Fine Arts in the field of design, graduate of the Faculty of
Industrial Design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź. She currently leads the Social Design
Studio at the Institute of Design at her alma mater, where she focuses on inclusive design
and empirical research. She is an active designer, artist, and advocate for accessibility in art
and design.
She serves as a member of the University Council of the Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź and
the Programme Board of Eco Make. She is also a curator of exhibitions and an organizer of
academic conferences. She is the author of research projects and implemented visual
information systems for public institutions, including hospitals and medical centres, as well as
a co-author of design patents.
She is currently engaged in interdisciplinary projects in the field of inclusive design. Her
exhibitions, such as “Perceptions,” “Path / Interpenetration / Miniature,” and “Terra
Incognita,” exemplify an interdisciplinary and multisensory approach to art and design.
